Attributed to Leekya Deyuse (Lapidary) and Dan Simplicio (Silversmith)
Excellent Condition
This Zuni Shalako Native American Ring measures 1 1/4" x 3/4" and is Ring Size 5 1/4
The Shalako is seen during the year end holiday.
The Zuni "Knifewing" Kachina is 1" long and is Ring Size 5
The Knifewing is the Symbol of the Zuni Hunter Warrior Society.
The Knifewing face is not inlaid,
This is extremely fine work considering the period in which they were made. The tools used at that time were quite primitive and achieving fine detail (as seen here) was accomplished by very few artists.
