The Carico Lake Turquoise Mine in Lander County, Nevada is one of the few mines that produced green turquoise. Usually, when you see green gemstones they are variscite, not turquoise.
High Grade Carico Lake is quite scarce... Lime Green Carico Lake is rare. Sometimes a Carico Lake gem appears with both a distinctive blue and green color clearly visible... that is also quite rare. More often though Carico Lake Turquoise appears as solid shades of blue green.
